When is my water bill due?
Water bills are due on the 1st of the month. Late fees will be applied if the account is unpaid by the date indicated on the bill (typically the last day of the month during which our office is open).
How can I pay my water bill?
We are now accepting online credit and debit payments. You may also mail payment to P.O. Box 236 Loleta CA 95551 or pay in person at our office located at 358 Main St in Loleta.
What is the monthly fee for water service?
Customers will be charged a base rate of $55.00 per connection (3/4" meter) regardless of water usage. There is also a volumetric charge of $3.60 per 100 cubic feet. These rates are for the fiscal year 2024-25.
Why don't I see a charge for sewer service on my bill?
Wastewater fee charges are placed on the property tax roll and paid to the Humboldt County Treasurer-Tax Collector.
What happens when I fall behind on my water payment?
Loleta Community Services District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
